Hi,
i am trying to download the trial version of this product (corel paintshop photo pro x3) and every time it gets to the last part of the installation, it stops at the black pop-up that says the products name. and it should allow me to click “continue” but only the “cancel” button is available to click.
Please help, I have tried this over 5 times now, and i have all the requirements to use this product.
I am using an HP laptop with windows vista, over 300 GB of memory, and only 90 of that is taken up.
but everytime it gets stuck at the same spot.
